What I did
- Owned the full lifecycle: requirements, frontend, backend, database design, authentication, payments, admin tooling, deployment, analytics and operations.
- Implemented Supabase / PostgreSQL authentication and permissions with Row Level Security.
- Built the checkout and payment flow with Stripe Checkout and webhooks.
- Sent transactional emails for purchases, progress and status changes with Resend.
- Built internal workflows for orders, customers, payments and service progress.
- Drove technical SEO and analytics with Google Analytics, reaching over 1.5 million organic Google Search impressions in one year.
- Automated day-to-day operations with a Discord bot.
